1. What sort of products are you going to sell online?

I am starting my online sales with the first BBQ Rub that I created, the Maddog Steak Rub. I am also are offering a variety of Garden Seasonings that can be used in pasta dishes, meatloaf, potatoes, soups, stews or dips.

2. How did you get the recipes for the things that you sell?

I created my recipes from good ol' trial and error. I would try a mixture of 'this', and retry with a mixture of 'that' until I got the taste that I was looking for.

3. How long have you been cooking BBQ? Who taught you how to do it?

I've been doing various kinds of cooking for over 30 years, and have been a serious about barbeque for the last 10 years. I learned my first tricks of the trade from my parents.

4. Is your online store secure?

The Online Store is a Shopping Cart hosted by Godaddy and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to make sure that all information (like your credit card) is safe and secure.

5. What will happen if I signup and give you my email address?

Nothing bad, we promise. We will be sending out emails periodically when there are specials or new products for sale. We might even send out an occasional recipe or two. If you don't ever want to receive any emails, you can always opt out.
